How do you define health? I had an awesome chat with Brendon Rearick of Mike Boyle’s Strength and Conditioning and Movement as Medicine. About the need for fitness, medical, and healthcare industries to work together.  He shares his challenge with aplastic anemia and how he combated past depression.  I was inspired by his determination, strength, and honesty.  As a trainer, Brendon helps clients with their overall wellness but is also redefining health.
