I love books and films about Merlin and King Arthur. I recently listened to T.H. White’s: The Sword in the Stone. My husband frequently recommends guests to me, and he thought Dan John would be the best person to discuss the many layers of this book.

Dan is a renaissance man. He is a world-class fitness coach, best-selling author, and professor. I enjoyed exploring the book with him, and his extensive knowledge of the book was enriching. For those that think this podcast will be talking about wizardry and sword duels, think again.

Dan explores the deeper philosophies in the book touching on themes of learning, sadness, mortality, gratitude, and so much more. For those that know him as one of the best coaches in the industry, I did also get some great coaching advice. I enjoyed every minute of this conversation and hope you will too.

I can’t believe this is my 3rd year of podcasting. It has been an honor to talk with all of my guests and I hope to continue to bring these conversations to you. In order to help me do that, please share this podcast with others.
